Bistros are characterized by their casual atmosphere with typically small dining rooms that are perfect for meeting locals or grabbing lunch on your way between destinations in Vieux-Québec.

My two favorite bistros were La Maison Plamondon and Le Bouchon on my trip, with La Maison Plamondon providing an exquisite experience with impeccable service. While I found myself in awe at Le Bouchon – its exquisite ambiance paired with delicious food all contributed towards one unforgettable meal!
